We currently have different yoga classes running throughout Cavan & Monaghan.

Beginners Yoga : 8.00pm - 9.15pm (6th March 2012)

Thursday
Sulis Centre, Convent Hill, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
Pregnancy Yoga : 6.30pm- 7.45pm (8th March 2012)
Beginners Yoga : 8.00pm - 9.15pm (8th March 2012)

Friday
Cavan Wellness Centre,Townhall St, Cavan
Pregnancy Yoga : 6.30pm - 7.40pm (09th March 2012)

It is possible to book into a course after the start date as long as there are places available
